Ingredients to make Pretzel with chocolate:
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 80 grams of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of milk
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese or curd
- 1 tablespoon baking powder or baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 grams of chocolate for desserts
How to make Chocolate Pretzel:
- Start by mixing the milk, oil, and cream cheese in a bowl to start the homemade pretzels recipe.
- Add the sifted flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt, and mix very well until you obtain a homogeneous, thick and easy to shape dough.
- Tip: If the dough for the chocolate pretzels is sticky, add a little more flour, or if, on the contrary, it is very compact, add more milk.

- Bring the ends down and glue them to the dough as shown. Repeat this step until all the homemade pretzels are formed.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them at 180ºC for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until golden
- Meanwhile, cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave or in a water bath. After baking them, bathe the pretzels with the melted chocolate to your liking. And then put them on a rack so that the melted chocolate dries.
- Trick:You can submerge them halfway or whole or simply paint them by dropping a thread with a soup spoon as I have done.
- Reserve the chocolate pretzelsfor 30 minutes to 1 hour so that the chocolate sets well. Then you can eat them and you will be unable to stop until you finish them all, you’ll see.
