Ingredients to make Bacon and Spinach Quiche:

  • 300 grams of Spinach
  • 2 pieces of Egg
  • 150 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 100 grams of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of Bacon
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg

How to make Bacon and Spinach Quiche:

1 Roll out the quiche dough and place it in a tart pan. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

2 Wash, disinfect and cut the spinach into strips.

3 Cut the bacon into squares. Do the same with the cheese and onion.

4 Mix the cheese, the bacon, the eggs, the cream or whipping cream, the pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

5 Finally add the onions and spinach.

6 Stir everything and with this mixture fill the cake mold.

7 Bake at 180ºC or 190ºC for half an hour or so, or until the egg has set and the surface of the quiche is lightly browned.
