Tuna, onion and pepper dumplings recipe

You will not believe how easy and quick to make these tuna, onion and pepper dumplings. If you follow all the steps you will get this delicious dish that you can prepare in half an hour and with an exquisite result.

Ingredients to make Tuna, onion and pepper dumplings:

  • 5 green or red pepper (or both)
  • 5 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Tomato sauce (natural or fried) to taste
  • 1 garlic
  • Canned tuna to taste
  • Wafers for dumplings
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 splash of oil
  • 1 beaten egg to paint

How to make Tuna, Onion and Pepper Empanadillas:

Make the fried tuna, onion and pepper dumplings with all the ingredients cut very small.  Let cool slightly before putting on the wafers and mix with the well-drained tuna. Remove the wafers 15 minutes before putting them in the oven, put them on the tray and fill them with the fried tuna and onion dumplings. Close the wafers with a fork and pour beaten egg on top. Before preheat the oven to 180 °C. Let the tuna, onion and pepper dumplings bake for about 15 minutes at 180 °C.
