Discover this easy recipe to prepare a delicious turkey or pavita wrap. It is a light and tasty turkey wrap that you can prepare in a very simple way and in a short time, so if you do not know what to have for dinner one day, this is a magnificent option. We recommend it!
Ingredients to make Turkey Wrap:
- 8 small tortilla wraps
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 stalk of celery
- 2 handfuls of parsley
- 2 handfuls of mint
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 200 grams of plain yogurt
- 4 pinches of salt
- 3 pinches of pepper
- 3 pavita or turkey fillets
- 2 lemons
- 1 cucumber
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 splash of vegetable oil
How to make Turkey Wrap:
Put a handful of parsley and another of peppermint, the cream of milk, the yoghurt, the juice of one lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper in the blender and blend everything. Add the smoothie to a bowl along with a handful of parsley and another of mint, the chopped celery, the chopped tomato, the chopped cucumber, the juice of a lemon, two pinches of salt and one of pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Cook the pavita in a frying pan with a pinch of salt and pepper and the vegetable oil. Then fray the meat, leaving the shreds a little thick. Heat the wraps in a pan for a few seconds.
If you prefer, you can make the tortilla wrap recipe yourself at home. Add two tablespoons of salad to each turkey wrap along with half a handful of turkey shreds. Assemble the turkey wraps, taking advantage of the fact that they are slightly moist from the salad so that they stick.
Serve 2 mini shawarmas or turkey wraps for each guest. You can add a side dish, in my case I added more of the salad to the side of the wraps along with a little pavita, but you can also accompany them with some baked potatoes with rosemary or pumpkin chips for example.
