Ingredients to make Chipa guazú:
- 8 ears of corn or corn (fresh)
- 4 eggs
- 250 grams of cheese
- 250 cubic centimeters of milk
- 2 onions
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Chipa guazú:
- Grate the corn in a deep container and with the thickest part of the grated. reserve them. In case of doing it with frozen or canned corn kernels, you can use a food processor, adding the milk little by little.
- Tip:If you don’t have a greater, you can use a mortar to crush the corn, although you’ll have to shell the ears first.
- On the other hand, sauté the finely chopped onions in a pan with very hot neutral oil. You should cook them until they look transparent and do not take color.
- Once the onions are ready, add them to the grated corn and mix these ingredients well to continue with the chipa guazú recipe.
- Add the eggs and integrate them well into the mixture.
- Pour in the milk and keep mixing to get a homogeneous paste.
- Crumble the cheese with your hands and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
