Ingredients to make Cheese and Quince Cigars:
- 300 gr of puff pastry
- 125 gr double cream cheese
- 125 gr of quince
- 1 egg
How to make Cheese and Quince Cigars:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- Sprinkle sugar and stretch the dough keeping a rectangle, cut in half.
- With a knife, cut triangles of almost the same size, we do this in the two parts that we previously cut.
- On each edge brush with egg and place a cube of cheese and another of quince. At the tip of the triangle brushes with egg.
- Roll from the base to the tip, secure the corners with egg and the tip. Place on a mat and bake at 180oC until golden.
- Serve and taste.
