How to make easy cloud cake without an oven (marshmallow cake or marshmallows):
- Prepare the foundation. To do this, crush the cookies with a food processor or with a rolling pin. Add the almost melted butter and mix until smooth.
- Put baking paper in the bottom of a mold, so it will be easier for you to transfer the cake of clouds and jelly beans to a plate or dish. Pour the cookie mixture into the mold and squeeze the base and edges well with your hands, you can help yourself from the back of a spoon.
- Prepare the cloud mousse cake. First of all you have to put the gelatin leaves to hydrate in cold water, reserve. Separately, in a large saucepan, heat the cream and milk (reserve a little to dissolve the gelatin), and mix well
- When the cream and milk are hot, add the clouds or marshmallows little by little, stirring at the same time until you see that they are almost melted. Then add the cream cheese and continue mixing until everything is dissolved and there are not too many lumps.
- Heat the milk that you have reserved a little, drain the gelatin sheets from the water, add them to the mixture, and stir until they dissolve. In case any lumps have remained in the marshmallow cream of the cloud cake without oven, it is better that you pass the mixer or the blender and make sure that it is smooth.
- Pour all the mixture into the mold on the cookie base and let the marshmallow cake chill in the fridge for about 4 or 5 hours so that it sets well, although it is better to make it overnight.
- Unmold and decorate as you want, I have put a little chocolate coverage made with 50 ml of cream, 70 g of chocolate, about 10 g of butter and some jelly beans on top.
Trick: You can also make the cloud and chocolate cake with pink clouds… it looks beautiful!
