- 4 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 100 grams of Sugar (½ cup)
How to make Flan in an express pot:
- We will make the mixture of our homemade flan with a blender, then put the two milk together with the eggs and beat until a liquid and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- In an aluminum or flanera mold, place the sugar and put on a low heat to caramelize little by little. Then you can add the mixture from the blender on top.

- In the pressure cooker you must add water, which must be enough to cover ¾ parts of the mold. Place the mold covered and then place the lid and the pressure regulator.
