Ingredients to make American Chicken Sandwich:

  2. 1 unit of chicken breast
  3. 1 pinch of fine spices
  4. 20 milliliters of soy sauce
  5. 60 grams of wheat flour
  6. 1 unit of Egg
  7. 1 package of Potatoes natural flavor
  8. 250 milliliters of sunflower oil
  9. Sandwich
  10. 4 slices of bread
  11. 2 lettuce leaves
  12. 4 slices of Tomato
  13. 60 grams of avocado
  14. 60 grams of Mushrooms
  15. 60 grams of Mayonnaise
  16. 5 grams of Coriander
  17. 1 pinch of salt
  18. 1 pinch of pepper

How to make American Chicken Sandwich:

  • Before making this American recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • Cut the chicken breast into thick strips, season with salt, pepper, a pinch of fine herbs and a dash of soy sauce, mix very well.
  • It is time to bread the chicken fingers, to do this pass the chicken strips through the flour, the beaten egg and the mashed potatoes.
  • Fry the chicken strips in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes until golden brown. Once they are ready, pass through absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Reserve.
  • Separately, toast the slices of bread in a frying pan over low heat until golden brown, set aside.
  • Saute the mushrooms cut into thin slices with a little oil, for 5 minutes until they are golden, season with salt and pepper.
  • It’s time to assemble the sandwiches. To do this, spread a little mayonnaise mixed with coriander on a slice of bread, place a lettuce leaf, two tomato slices and a little of the sautéed mushrooms.
  • Finally add chicken fingers and on these some slices of avocado, season and enjoy the only American chicken sandwich. If you want it for lunch, I recommend accompanying it with some oven-roasted potatoes.
