  3. 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
  4. 50 grams of chives

How to make Bread stuffed with mozzarella cheese and chives:

  • Before making this bread recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  • With a knife, make a grid on the bread like the one seen in the photograph. It is important not to go to the bottom!
  • In a bowl, mix the finely chopped chives and the melted butter.
  • Fill the bread adding slices of cheese and the chive mixture between all the cuts made previously.
  • Once the bread is ready, arrange it on a tray and bake at 180ºCfor 15 minutes.
