- 50 milliliters of milk
- 20 grams of Butter

How to make Bread Stuffed with Cheese and Mushrooms:
- Before making this recipe for breakfast, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pan with butter, fry the ham cut into very thin strips. When it has browned, add the mushrooms cut into thin slices and cook for a few more minutes. Season and reserve.
- Heat the bread 10 seconds in the microwave oven. Then add a teaspoon of the sautéed ham and mushrooms in the center of the bread along with a little mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange the lid of the sandwich and with the help of a glass or a large circular cutter, cut a circle. You should get a round sandwich.
- Separately, beat the egg with the milk in a bowl. In this case I have used almond milk but you can use the milk that you consume regularly. Add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
