Ingredients to make Bread without wheat flour:

  1. 2 cups of buckwheat flour
  2. 1 cup of rice flour
  3. 1 cup chickpea flour
  4. 2 cups of water (480 milliliters)
  5. 1 envelope of dry yeast without TACC
  6. 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  7. Salt
  8. Sugar

How to make bread without wheat flour:

  • In a bowl, mix the 3 flours, the baking powder and the salt.
  • Hydrate and activate the dry yeast with a little warm water and a tablespoon of sugar.
  • When the yeast begins to foam, you will have it ready to use.
  • Once the yeast is activated, add it to the mixture of flours and the other dry ingredients.
  • Begin, little by little, to incorporate the warm water. Continue mixing until a ball of dough is formed that is very soft to the touch and easy to shape. Let it Luddite for approximately half an hour.
  • After the first leavening, knead again to degas the dough. Divide it in two and let it rise for another hour, approximately.
