Bread Recipe with Panera Lekue

Ingredients to make Bread with the Panera Lekue:

  • 200 gr of flour of strength
  • 1 envelope baker’s yeast
  • 100 ml of lukewarm water
  • 1ch of milk
  • 1ch of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

How to make Bread with the Panera Lekue:

  1. Mix the water, milk and oil with the yeast and rest for a few minutes with the Panera Lekue closed.
  2. Add the flour and salt and leave to rest for 1 hour and 1/2
  3. Knead and make a cut… I added chia seeds today, it’s optional
  4. Close and let rest another 15 min.
  5. Cook at 200 degrees for 25 min with the Panera closed and another 3 min with it open… and this is the result… it looks good, the flavor I’ll let you know
