Ingredients to make Napkin Bread:

  • 200 gr wheat flour
  • 5g salt
  • 40 ml neutral oil
  • w/water

How to make Napkin Bread:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl add the sifted flour, salt and oil; mix.
  3. Add water a little by little until you get soft and elastic dough.
  4. Little knead the dough and make small balls.
  5. Roll out the balls of dough with the help of a rolling pin, the thickness should be approximately 4 mm. Arrange the tortilla in a non-stick skillet, and cook for 1 minute on each side over medium heat, until golden.
  6. Serve and accompany with dips. Note: to prevent them from becoming hard, arrange one on top of the other and cover with a damp cloth.
