Ingredients to make Napkin Bread:
- 200 gr wheat flour
- 5g salt
- 40 ml neutral oil
- w/water
How to make Napkin Bread:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- In a bowl add the sifted flour, salt and oil; mix.
- Add water a little by little until you get soft and elastic dough.
- Little knead the dough and make small balls.
- Roll out the balls of dough with the help of a rolling pin, the thickness should be approximately 4 mm. Arrange the tortilla in a non-stick skillet, and cook for 1 minute on each side over medium heat, until golden.
- Serve and accompany with dips. Note: to prevent them from becoming hard, arrange one on top of the other and cover with a damp cloth.
