Ingredients to make Banana Pudding:
- 100 grams of lard or soft butter
- 150 grams of sugar (¾ cup)
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas or plantains
- 2 teaspoons baking powder or royal yeast
- 150 grams of self-rising flour
- 150 grams of rolled or ground oats
- 3 teaspoons of cherry liqueur or another to taste (optional)
- Chocolate chips or chips
How to make Banana Pudding:
- Gather the banana pudding ingredients first, and then place the softened butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix well until you get a white cream.
- Then add the 2 eggs and beat until a kind of paste is made.
- Slowly add the self-rising flour with the 2 teaspoons of baking powder, mix well and add the oat flakes, you will see that a fairly dry dough will be made for the easy banana pudding.
- Add the 3 chopped or crushed ripe bananas and the liquor to taste (optional), and when everything is well mixed, add the chocolate chips or chips if you want to the dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured metal mold or a silicone one, and put the banana pudding in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 35 minutes.
