Ingredients to make Banana cake without sugar or butter:
- ½ canola oil (or other mild-tasting vegetable oil)
- 1 cup of cream of rice or rice flour
- 1 cup cornstarch or cornstarch
- 1 cup of cocoa with milk
- 1 cup of lukewarm water

- Incorporate all the ingredients of the easy banana cake very well until they are fully integrated. Gradually add the flour and alternate with the 6 tablespoons of water. Cover the bowl with a cloth and wait1 hour until the mixture rises a little more.
- Meanwhile, grease a mold or cover it inside with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 190 °C. After the rest time of the mixture, pour the dough of the Venezuelan banana cake into the mold and put it in the oven. Wait 30-40 minutes or until the knife comes out clean. Also the smell of the cake will be indicative that you can take it out of the oven.
- Trick: Try to avoid filling the mold to the top because it can spill during baking. Leave 1 or 2 centimeters of distance.
- Wait until the banana cake cools without sugar or butter to unmold. Subsequently, leave it on a rack until it cools down.
