Ingredients to make Banana and Cinnamon Cake:
- 3 bananas
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 150 milliliters of olive oil
- 150 grams of sugar (¾ cup)
- 10 grams of chemical yeast powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Banana and Cinnamon Cake:
- We mash the bananas in a bowl and in another bowl we mix the sugar with the oil and beat it.
- Add the eggs, the banana preparation, the yeast, the pinch of salt and the flour together with the cinnamon to the second bowl, and mix everything with the hand whisk.
- Preheat the oven to approximately 180ºC.
- Grease the mold with a bit of oil, flour it a little and pour the banana cake dough inside.
- When the oven is at the right temperature, we put the banana and cinnamon cake in the middle tray with heat above and below and with air, and cook it for about 30-40 minutes, always watching that it does not burn.
- Once done, we take the banana and cinnamon cake out of the oven, let it cool on a rack and then decorate it on top with some banana slices if we like.
