- 100 grams of puff pastry
- 50 grams of Arequipe
- 1 unit of Egg
- 20 grams of sugar
- 2 dessert spoons of flour
How to make Arequipa puff pastry:
- Before making the puff pastries, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and with a round cutter make the desired shape
- Add a little Arequipa in the center of a circle and paint the edges with beaten egg. Then, cover the dulcet de leche with the second circle of puff pastry and glue the edges well to form the cupcake.
- Tip: The ideal is to use Arequipa that is a bit hard, as it is perfect for baking.
- Spread the cupcakes with a little beaten egg and sprinkle sugar over it. Bake the filled puff pastries at 170°C for 20 minutes.
