Ingredients to make Stuffed Shoulder:

  • 1 Lamb shoulder.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 3 potatoes.
  • 1 onion.
  • 50 grams of pine nuts.
  • 1/2 Glass of olive oil.
  • 1/2 glass of port wine.
  • Black pepper.

How to make Stuffed Shoulder:

  1. We prepare all the ingredients, and preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees.
  2. We boned the shoulder.
  3. We season.
  4. We beat the eggs and make an omelette with the plums, trying to make it the size of the shoulder, so that it covers it well.
