- 1 Lamb shoulder.
- 3 eggs.
- 3 potatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 50 grams of pine nuts.
- 1/2 Glass of olive oil.
- 1/2 glass of port wine.

How to make Stuffed Shoulder:
- We prepare all the ingredients, and preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees.
- We boned the shoulder.
- We season.
- We beat the eggs and make an omelette with the plums, trying to make it the size of the shoulder, so that it covers it well.
- Once the tortilla is made, we put it on top of the shoulder and roll it up.
- Cut in two (optional), tie with a mesh, put it on a baking tray, pour oil on top and put in the oven.
