Ingredients to make stewed meat in the gardener:
- 500 gr of chopped pork ham
- 1/2 onion
- 1 Garlic (clove)
- 100 gr green beans cut
- 50 gr peas
- 2 carrots (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 tomato (peeled and chopped)
- 1 pepper
- Olive oil
- Ground cumin
- Laurel
How to make Stewed Meat in the Gardener:
- Put oil in a pot, when it is hot add the tomato, pepper, all the vegetables, onion (in cubes) and garlic, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the meat and stir for 3 minutes, add water without covering the vegetables and meat, add a teaspoon of ground cumin and 2 bay leaves, let it cook until the meat is done (if it is done in an express pot let the pot whistle for 15 minutes) and ready to eat.
