  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon of lard or butter.
  • Half white onion.
  • 1 clove garlic

How to make Sweet potato and meat cake:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato or potato into medium squares. In a medium saucepan, place cold water and add the potato squares. Cook them.
  3. Put them aside in a medium skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon of sunflower oil and add the ground meat with the white onion cut into medium squares, the finely chopped clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
