- 60 milliliters of dry white wine
- 6 tablespoons of Oil

- The first step to make these potatoes with pork ribs is to prepare all the ingredients that we are going to use.
- Next, season the pork ribs with salt and pepper and brown them in a wok or frying pan with a little oil.
- While the ribs are browning, we cut the leek onion into rings and the egg onion into feathers, and we also cut the finely chopped garlic.
- Then we open the bell pepper, remove the seeds and remove the veins. Then we wash it and scratch or cut it into very fine strips.
- Next, we peel and cut the tomato into small cubes
- Remove the ribs from the wok once they are golden and brown the onions and garlic, and when they are tender, add the pepper and tomato together with the aromatic herbs, and let the fried potatoes with ribs stewed by 5 minutes.
