Ingredients to make Pork Stew:

  • 1 kilogram of pork
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 units of ripe tomato
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Pork Stew:

  1. The first step in preparing this stew is to cut the pork into squares in one bite or so. Finely chop the onion, tomato and garlic.
  2. Next, heat a pot over medium heat and fry the meat with a little oil. When the meat begins to brown, add the onion and garlic. Stir so that the whole is sautéed and the flavors permeate.
  3. When the onion begins to turn transparent, add the tomato and white wine to the preparation of the pork stew. Also add a little water and the bay leaves, the liquid should cover all the meat.
  4. Let simmer for about 20 minutes until the alcohol has evaporated and the sauce has reduced enough. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the pork stew with basmati rice or roast potatoes.
