Ingredients to make Pork Stew:
- 1 kilogram of pork
- 1 unit of onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 units of ripe tomato
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Pork Stew:
- The first step in preparing this stew is to cut the pork into squares in one bite or so. Finely chop the onion, tomato and garlic.
- Next, heat a pot over medium heat and fry the meat with a little oil. When the meat begins to brown, add the onion and garlic. Stir so that the whole is sautéed and the flavors permeate.
- When the onion begins to turn transparent, add the tomato and white wine to the preparation of the pork stew. Also add a little water and the bay leaves, the liquid should cover all the meat.
- Let simmer for about 20 minutes until the alcohol has evaporated and the sauce has reduced enough. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve the pork stew with basmati rice or roast potatoes.
