Ingredients to make Pork Ribs with Honey, Mustard and Soy:
- 1½ wedges of pork ribs
- 120 milliliters of Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of dried oregano
- 1 splash of olive oil
How to make Honey Mustard Soy Pork Ribs:
- We gather all the ingredients to make the pork ribs with honey, mustard and soy.
- We make the soy-based sauce to marinate the ribs. To make it, we mix the soybeans with a tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Marinate the ribsfor half an hour. Previously we have seasoned the meat. The marinating time is very important, if you are in a hurry you can leave it for less than 30 minutes but keep in mind that the longer it takes, the more flavor the meat will absorb.
- Drain the pork ribs, reserve the maceration sauce and arrange them on a baking tray with a drizzle of oil on the bottom. We put the pork ribs in the oven at 180 ºC for 1 hour and a quarter.
- During cooking, we paint the ribs with the maceration sauce every 20 minutes.
- We prepare a sauce with a tablespoon of honey, a teaspoon of mustard and half a teaspoon of oregano. You can also prepare the honey and mustard sauce for meats.
