How to make Cooked Frozen Prawns:
- The first step is to carefully clean each prawnto remove any remaining sand.
- Do it in a large bowl with plenty of warm water, it will also help to defrost your shrimp.
- Carefully remove its shell, starting with the head, as you can see in the image.
- Open the shell underneath and remove it, along with the legs and tail, to expose the shrimp.
- Before cooking your prawns, remove the intestines with a toothpick or knife, inserting the tip of the element into the top of the prawn and carefully pulling it out completely. If it is difficult, you can make a cross section to remove it with the help of water, under the tap.
