Ingredients to make Cooked Barnacles:
- Water
- 1 kg of barnacles
- 2 bay leaves
- 70 gr of coarse sea salt
How to make Cooked Barnacles:
- We put a pot with water, the two bay leaves and the 70 grams of salt on the fire until it boils.
- Once the water boils, add the barnacles and when it boils again, wait 2 more minutes
- After two minutes, we remove the barnacles from the water, put them on a tray and we can always serve them covered with a clean cotton cloth, so that they can be eaten hot.
