  • 250g lentils
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • half white onion
  • 200 gr alderman (peas)
  • 200 g shelled corn
  • 6 sausages

How to make Lentils with vegetables and chorizo:

List all the ingredients.

Place the lentils in warm water for 2 hours, this in order to soften them.

Cook the lentils in boiling water with a little salt.

Peel the carrot and mix with the corn and peas (peas). Add these ingredients to the lentils

Chop the onion and crush the tomato, heat in the pan until a paste remains.

Burns the red pepper and wash it, this in order to remove the skin, open, remove the seeds and cut into squares.

Cut the sausage into slices.

When the lentils are cooked, add the previously prepared tomato paste, the pepper and the chorizo, cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
