Ingredients to make Clams with prawns:
- 600 gr of clams
- 300 grams of prawns
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
How to make Clams with prawns:
- Put a frying pan with the oil on a low heat. When hot, add the chopped garlic clove.
- Once it has taken color, the intensity of the fire is increased and the clams, the peeled prawns and the parsley are added, all at the same time.
- Season and leave for a minute with the pan covered.
- After that, we add the wine and keep it for 1/2 minute. Serve immediately.
