Ingredients to make Clams with Potatoes:
- For 4 people:
- 1 kg. clam
- Garlic
- chili
- sweet ground paprika
- onion
- 1 glass white wine
- potato
- oil
How to make Clams with Potatoes:
- Peel the garlic and fillet them.
- Peel and cut the onion into small pieces.
- In a clay pot, lightly fry the garlic and when it begins to brown, add the onion and chili pepper, let the onion cook slowly, once it is transparent, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of sweet ground paprika.
- Add the glass of white wine and as soon as it starts to boil add the very clean clams
- Cover and let them open.
- Meanwhile fry peeled and diced potatoes.
- Reserve them to serve.
- For each diner, a bottom of potatoes is placed on a plate to which the clams with their sauce are added on top of the potatoes.
- Serve and enjoy the dish!!
