Ingredients to make parmigiana clams with oregano:

  • For 4 people:
  • 1 kilo of clams.
  • oregano to taste
  • 2 ripe salad tomatoes.
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.

How to make Parmigiana clams with oregano:

  1. We put the clams in a wide casserole and with a little water we put on the fire until they open.
  2. We remove them from the casserole and reserve.
  3. We crush the raw and washed salad tomatoes with a blender and add a little olive oil and salt.
  4. Place a teaspoon of the tomato on each part of the clam shell that does not have meat, sprinkle the cheese and oregano and place in the oven until the cheese melts.
  5. Serve hot.
