Ingredients to make Clams with broad beans:
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 500 grams of Clams
- 2 branches of Coriander
- 300 grams of Broad beans baby
- 300 milliliters of white wine
- 1 unit of onion
- 200 milliliters of Fish broth
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Clams with broad beans:
- Rinse the clams wellso that they do not have any sand.
- Peel the onion and chop it very fine. We put a casserole on the fire with a little oliveoil and add the onion with a pinch of salt.
- Crush the garlic clove and add it. Add the baby beans and the clams.
- We put the casserole over low heatand cover it so that the clams open little by little.
- After about 5 minutes, the clams will have opened, so we add ground black pepper, the fish broth and the white wine.
- We let the broth of the beans with clams reduce and we obtain a rich sauce. Chop the cilantro very finely and add it to the casserole.
