Ingredients to make Clams in Fine Wine:
- 1 glass lemon (for wine)
- olive oil for the sauce
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/4 unit chili
- 1 kg. clam
- 1 glass of fine wine or cognac
- 1 pc. lemon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 or 2 u. boiled egg
- saffron
- 1 bay leaf
- chopped parsley
- Bell pepper
How to make Clams in Fine Wine:
- In a greixonera fry the oil, add the garlic and chilli, all finely chopped.
- Add the well-washed clams, the lemon juice, the fine wine, and the red pepper chopped into small pieces.
- Sauté everything gently for about three minutes.
- When it is already sautéed, add the cornstarch, saffron, bay leaf and fish broth.
- Add the salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- At the end, put the hard-boiled eggs chopped into pieces, give it a spin and serve in the same greixonera.
