Ingredients to make Homemade Burger with onion:
- 300 grams of ground beef
- 10 grams of mustard
- 10 milliliters of soy sauce
- 10 milliliters of Worcestershire sauce
- ½ unit of white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 milliliters of sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 2 units of hamburger bread
- To accompany
- 2 slices of red tomato
- ½ unit of white onion
- 2 lettuce leaves
How to make Homemade Onion Burger:
- Prepare all the ingredients for the homemade hamburgers.
- In a hot frying pan with oil, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic with a little salt for 3 minutes.
- Separately, to make the hamburgers, mix the meat with the Worcestershire sauce, the soy sauce, the mustard, salt and pepper.
- When the onion is cool, stir into the meat mixture.
- Shape into 150 g hamburgers and reserve in the fridge for 1 hour.
- After this time, in a hot skillet cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side.
- Reserve the burgers off the heat for 1 minute to allow the juices to settle.
- Cut the onion into slices and submerge them in salted water. This helps lower the intensity of its flavor.
- Assemble the burgers with the lettuce cut into strips, tomato slices, avocado and onion. If desired, sauce can be added to taste, such as barbecue sauce.
