Ingredients to make Meat with paprika:
- 250 grams of Posta
- 4 units of green or red bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ cup of Water (120 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour or cornstarch
- 1 jet of Oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Meat with paprika:
- Heat a saucepan with oil and fry the julienne cut meat with salt and pepper.
- Then add the peppers cut into fine Juliana or finely chopped. It can be used with or without the shell depending on taste. Sauté everything together for a few minutes.
