Ingredients to make Macchiato de cabrito:
- 1 male kid
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ onion

- 2 bay leaves
- 2 whole peppercorns

How to make Kid’s Machito:
- In a saucepan place all the ingredients.
- Add water to cover the machito.
- Cook for two hours, taking care that the saucepan does not run out of water.
- After cooking, you have to wrap the machito in aluminum foil or plastic material and put it in the refrigerator so that it takes consistency.
- After cooling the machito for at least four hours, it is ready to take it to the grill and brown it on all sides.
