Soy Meatballs with Carrots Recipe in Thermo mix

Ingredients to make soy meatballs with carrots in Thermo mix:

  • 750g carrots
  • 100g onion or half a medium onion
  • 3 garlic
  • 30 g of virgin olive oil
  • parsley to taste
  • 1 vegetable broth tablet
  • Textured soy meatballs to taste

How to make soy meatballs with carrots in Thermo mix:

1.First of all we will hydrate the textured soy meatballs, in vegetable broth or milk with a pinch of salt.

2.Chop the onion at speed 3 1/2 and reserve.

3.We do the same with the garlic (although I personally prefer to fillet them by hand).

4.Cut the carrots into small squares or strips not very thick, and reserve.

5.In the clean and dry glass of the Trinitron, we heat the oil for 5 minutes, speed 1, Aroma Temperature.

6.Halfway through the time we pour the garlic through the mouth of the beaker, and wait for it to finish.

7.(Remove the cup, so that we really fry the garlic).

8.Once the machine stops, we put the butterfly, and add the onion and the vegetable broth tablet.

9.We program 1 minute, speed 1, and temperature 100 º.

10.We put the cup.

11.Then we put the chopped carrots in the glass and program from 12 to 15 minutes (this depends on how you like the vegetables, al dente or “too” cooked), add a “slight” of water, speed 1, temperature 100º.

12.Halfway through the chosen time, stop the machine and add the soy meatballs.

13.Season, and if at the end you have a lot of liquid left, program 1 minute, aroma temperature, speed 1, so that it evaporates.
