Ingredients to make soybean bread (care):
- 1/2 kilo of wheat flour
- 1/2 kilo of soybeans (care) soaked and blended to obtain the dough
- 1/2 kilo of cream or butter
- 15 eggs
- 1/4 kilo of sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk (dairy)
- 4 tablespoons of royal and a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla essence or ground cinnamon
How to make soy bean bread (care):
- Beat the cream (or butter) with the sugar and the can of condensed milk, until creamy.
- Immediately incorporate the yolks one by one without stopping beating, then add the soy dough and continue beating.
- Incorporate the vanilla or cinnamon and a pinch of salt, immediately add the flour served with the royal and continue beating to perfectly integrate the ingredients.
- Finally beat the egg whites to the point of nougat and add it to the dough mixing in an enveloping way.
- Grease and flour a 35cm diameter mold, pour the mixture and bake at 180ºC for about an hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- To obtain the soy mass, soak 1/2 kilo of soybeans (care) for approximately 5 or 6 hours, discard the water in which it was soaked and blend it using 3 liters of water.
- Strain the soy using the strainer and a cloth napkin to squeeze very well.
- Use the dough for the bread and the remaining soy milk, bring it to the fire to boil with a splash of vanilla and use it to make atoll, smoothies, gelatin, etc.
