Ingredients to make Chocos a la plancha:
- 2 units of Chocolate
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of coarse salt
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 splash of olive oil
How to make Grilled Chocos:
- The night before, mince the garlic cloves very small and put them on top of the cuttlefish, on both sides, together with the chopped parsley, salt and a few drops of oil.
- The next day, when making them, they are grilled for about 20 minutes, not very strong.
- The idea is to cook them slowly and at the same time release their juices to form a sauce with the garlic and parsley dressing.
- Serve the grilled cuttlefishwith a fresh salad or some vegetable chips.
