Ingredients to make Chilpaya Shrimp:
- 1 kilogram of shrimp
- 1 bar of butter
- 4 units of Tomatoes
- 1 jet of mayonnaise
- 1 unit of Chile chilpaya
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Chilpaya Shrimp:
- You cook the tomatoes with the chilpaya Chile to taste.
- Wash the raw shrimp, once clean, pour into a large frying pan, the butter bar over medium heat, already melted, add the shrimp and fry.
- Blend the tomato with the chilpaya pepper and add a few teaspoons of mayonnaise.
- When the shrimp are already in their pink color, you drop the sauce and when they are about to boil, add a pinch of salt and oregano and that’s it.
- Accompany it with white rice and handmade tortillas and eat.
- Be careful with the chills because they are very spicy, you can put another Chile but then it will no longer be the chilpaya shrimp.
