Ingredients to make Spanish-style crabs:
- 1 kg of crabs
- 250 gr. crushed tomato
- 1 tablespoon ground pepper
- a little onion
- some green pepper
- 1 glass of brandy
- Salt
How to make Spanish-style crabs:
- Chop the pepper and onion and let it brown in a little oil in a frying pan.
- Season, add the tomato.
- Let it cool a little, add the crabs, brandy and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes and serve hot.
