- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup of lemon juice

How to make Californian aguachiles:
- The shrimp are peeled and cut in half, very clean, in a long dish where they can be accommodated separately.
- Add salt, pepper and lemon, together with the red onion chopped into thin slices, wait about 20 minutes and now if you stir them.
- Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and then arrange the cucumbers in another dish, decorating them one by one, add the shrimp that were prepared before and finally sprinkle the chili that you think is necessary, and do it to your liking.
