Ingredients to make Squid in vinaigrette:

  • for 4 people
  • 2 large calamari
  • 1 spoon of vinegar
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 spoons Of olive oil
  • 4 degree virgin oil
  • Water

 How to make Squid in vinaigrette:

  1. Clean the squid, reserving the inks; you can grill the tentacles or freeze them to make some other day.
  2. On the other hand, cut the spring onion in Juliana and put it to sauté in oil.
  3. When you see that it is ready, add the ink with a little water and let it reduce on the heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Then drain well and put on the plate.
  5. In a frying pan, put oil, and when it is very hot, carefully add the squid cut into strips. When they are already fried, remove and pass to the plate.
  6. Drizzle with vinegar.
  7. With the oil left over from frying the squid, make a refry with the filleted garlic. Before presenting to the table, add the sauce on top and the fried garlic garnish.
  8. Very healthy dish and recommended for daily consumption by anyone.
  9. It should be consumed sporadically by those with high uric acid.
