Ingredients to make Flamenquines:

  1. 1 piece of loin
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 2 slices of serrano ham

  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Parsley

How to make Flamencos:

  • We put the egg to cook, while we chop the parsley and the Serrano ham.
