- Take a matambre and place it fat side down, fold it in half and press the folds to score, on one of those halves
- Place onion, bell peppers, tomatoes all cut in Juliana, place strips of smoked bacon and strips of buttery cheese on top.
- Fold the other part that remains without placing the filling and sew with a needle and thread all around and give a few stitches in the middle to prevent it from inflating.
- Cook on a kitchen oven grill over a minimum heat for one hour on each side and lastly five minutes over high heat to brown the fat.
