- 400 grams of salmon without skin or bones
- 1 liter of fish broth
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 2 green bell peppers
- 4 tablespoons of oil

How to make soupy rice with salmon:
- Clean and chop the salmon.
- Chop the garlic, onion and green pepper very finely and fry it in the oil over low heat.
- Then we increase the intensity of the fire and sauté the rice.
- We wet the rice little by little with the fish broth and stir with a wooden spatula.
- When it takes 10 minutes to cook, add the bits of salmon and add salt to taste.
- Cook the rice over low heat for approximately 18-20 minutes in total.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- The rice should be creamy but not waste.
