Seafood chaufa rice recipe

Ingredients to make Chaufa seafood rice:

  • 4 cups of cooked rice without salt
  • 250 grams of Prawns
  • 150 grams of squid
  • 1 dozen clams
  • 1 dozen scallops
  • ½ cup Chinese onion
  • ½ cup of Oil
  • 4 units of Egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of Sillao or Soy Sauce

How to make Arroz chaufa de mariscos:

  1. In a large skillet prepare an omelette with all the eggs. You remove it, cut it into pieces and place it back in the pan.
  2. Separately, clean the shellfish and prawns well. Cut into pieces what has to be cut, and pass them through hot water?
