Ingredients to make Chaufa seafood rice:
- 4 cups of cooked rice without salt
- 250 grams of Prawns
- 150 grams of squid
- 1 dozen clams
- 1 dozen scallops
- ½ cup Chinese onion
- ½ cup of Oil
- 4 units of Egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jet of Sillao or Soy Sauce
How to make Arroz chaufa de mariscos:
- In a large skillet prepare an omelette with all the eggs. You remove it, cut it into pieces and place it back in the pan.
- Separately, clean the shellfish and prawns well. Cut into pieces what has to be cut, and pass them through hot water?
