Salmon Risotto Recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon Risotto:

  • 400 grams of arborio rice.
  • 5 units of salmon fillet.
  • 1 cup of small purple onion.
  • 1 bar of butter.
  • 100 ml of milk cream.
  • 1 glass of vodka.
  • 1 head of garlic.
  • dry thyme

How to make Salmon Risotto:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Bring a pot over medium heat, add a little oil and add our finely chopped red onions. Sauté a little.
  3. Add two cups of vegetable broth to the pot with two cups of water and the rice. We must constantly stir it since this type of rice is different from normal.
  4. While we are making our rice, marinate the salmon fillets with vodka, thyme, pepper and three finely chopped garlic cloves. Reserve in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. Once our rice is ready, add the milk cream and two tablespoons of butter. Stir well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  6. Bring a frying pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil and fry our salmon fillets on both sides (approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side). Reserve the fillets.
  7. Serve our salmon risotto by making a bed with the rice and adding the fillet on top of each plate. Enjoy
