Ingredients to make Champagne Ham:
- 5 leg of ham without curing
- 2 oranges
- 500 ccs of champagne
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Champagne Ham:
- Put the leg of the ham in a container with the oranges cut into quarters.
- Pour the champagne until covered and leave to rest for a minimum of four days.
- Prepare a baking tray with oil and a little water.
- Put the drained leg and place in the oven at 160º for approximately one hour.
