Ingredients to make Chicken Stuffed with Pineapple:
- 1 boneless chicken breast(s)
- 2 slice(s) ham
- 3 slice(s) cheese
- 4 slice(s) canned pineapple
- 1 jar(s) cream
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 100 ml or cc milk
- 1/4 glass(s) white wine (small)
- 1 teaspoon(s) butter
- Salt and pepper
How to make Pineapple Stuffed Chicken:
- Divide the breast in two, then open it in half, once open fill. Place a layer of cheese, ham and then the pineapple. Put on this salt and pepper to taste. Then fold the chicken together until well combined, spread the butter over it and wrap in aluminum foil. Take to the oven previously heated in a pudding pan and cook for 15 to 20 minutes approx. In a frying pan, place the cream and milk until both are combined, then add the wine and grated nutmeg and season with salt and pepper, it should not be very liquid. Once ready, place the chicken on a plate and bathe in this sauce, accompany with duchess potatoes or another companion.
