Ingredients to make Curry Chops:
- 4 pork chop(s)
- 2 teaspoon(s) curry
- 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 2 small apple(s)
- 2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion(s)
- 1 cup(s) milk
- Salt and pepper
How to make Curry Cutlets:
- Fry the chops on both sides, add the fine onion, cover for a moment while grating the apple that is added to the chops together with the milk, the dissolved cornstarch and the curry; there should be a smooth sauce, let it boil for 1/2 hour. Serve with rice.
